To create a new ticket select the “Submit a Ticket” tile:
You will be taken to a ticket form where you can fill out information like Email Address, Subject, Support Department, and Priority of the issue you are facing. Files can also be attached to any ticket. See Support Ticket Training Documents below for what to include in the ticket.
Once you click the Submit button, a ticket will be created. (An email confirmation will be sent stating the ticket was successfully received.)
If you would like to access the Knowledge Base Articles, you can select the Solutions tile. Additionally, solution articles will populate based on what is typed in the search bar under “How can we help you today?”
